TRAINING

Our goal when providing training to our customers is to ensure proper knowledge transfer from instructor to student. We also aim to leave the student with courseware that allows the student to review, reference and practice what they learned perform their daily activities.

Training and Execution

EAMC provides curriculum planning, which includes putting together a thorough Training Plan. This plan consists of SOPs around different Work Phases for the use of the solutions. We help facilitate the execution of the Training Plan to ensure optimal success. Our Trainers work with the implementation team through all Development and Test Phases while providing all necessary Project Team and End User Training.

Classroom

EAM Consulting Inc will provide formal Infor training in a classroom setting that is led by an experienced instructor with an 8:1 student ratio to ensure each student receives enough one on one time with an instructor.

Web-based

An experienced Infor instructor from the EAM Consulting Inc team will provide training, discussion forums, and practice materials through a virtual online class where students can participate remotely.

Over the shoulder

This is training that is performed in a more informal setting with a single student or a very small group. This type of training could include an abbreviated curriculum such as guides or cheat sheets, and normally covers a very specific topic.
